Thieving stepsisters April Olsen and Cierra Bell are caught lifting items from the local clothing store. Officer Marcus London puts the two stepsisters in the hot seat and explains the evidence is against them. With no other choice but to comply, April and Cierra will have to do whatever they can to get out of trouble.
